Process/Project Engineering Support
LES Dispensing– Identify and implement improvements in the LES dispensing area. Includes develop of project scope, cost estimate, justification, complete management and construction of the project improvements, start up & commissioning, validation support, preventative maintenance, spare parts and closing of projects Financials.
Work with specifications, optimization and adjustment of the process applied to manufacture products at the site. Involve in the selection of the processes to be used, determination of the sequence of operations, and requisition of special process equipment to maintain the manufacture process in control and compliance.
Protocols supporting Line 3 Scale up
Technical Reports to close out protocol executions
FMEA and other technical assessments regarding filtration lines
Improve filling accuracy
Develop of filtration strategy and capacity of an 11,000L filtration train
Reports on Line 4 media filtration regarding 2x media concentration and cold formulation
Disposable filter study evaluation, including cost/risk benefit analysis with regards to water usage, FTEs, and waste to energy.
